All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
At NAVARITA, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy page for more details.
To check if we ship to your area, enter your shipping address when placing your order.

You can request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled. If it's shipped, you can still return it once you receive it.
