NAVARITA Return Policy
At NAVARİTA, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To request a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.
Please contact us by email oneshine.navarita@gmail.com to start your return request. Once the return is approved, we'll provide you with the shipping address and detailed instructions for the process.
Important:
Products shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns are processed through our logistics center in Asia. Therefore, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility .

Clients in Mexico – RFC required
For orders destined for Mexico, a valid RFC number (12 or 13 characters) is required, as required by local shipping companies.
If the RFC provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp. Until a valid RFC is received, the order will remain on hold and will not be shipped. Payment will remain with us, but shipping will be paused.
The maximum 40-day delivery period begins only after receiving a valid RFC (Registered Tax Identification Number). This period does not apply until the correct tax information is available.
Defective or problematic products
Upon receiving your order, please review it immediately.
If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate it and offer you a solution.
Exceptions / Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)
Customized or custom-made products
Personal hygiene or beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and make a new, separate purchase once your return has been approved.
🇪🇺 Right of withdrawal – European Union
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with the tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved.
If so, the refund will be automatically issued using the original payment method, within a period of up to 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank or issuing institution to process and reflect the refund.

To comply with local regulations and ensure successful delivery, a valid RFC number (12 or 13 characters) is required for all orders shipped to Mexico.
If the RFC you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we will attempt to contact you by email or WhatsApp. Your order will be put on hold and will not be shipped until a valid RFC is provided. The payment will be retained, but shipping will remain paused.
Our maximum delivery time of 40 days starts only after we receive the correct RFC . This period does not apply while the RFC is missing or invalid.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), special products (such as special orders or personalized products) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your product must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and submit the refund.
