Do you ship to my location?

Yes, we currently ship to Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Philippines.

We're working to expand our shipping destinations soon!

How much does shipping cost?

All orders include free shipping — no hidden costs.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(Does not include possible customs delays, weekends, holidays or unforeseen events.)

Processing time: 1 business day

Standard shipping time: 5 to 10 business days

Note: In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to a maximum of 40 calendar days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What happens if I don't receive my product?
